Joe Fort's Passing
/Some very sad news --- Fellow "Smokin Oldies" Car Club member and friend Joe Fort passed away yesterday evening at 6:30pm. Joe was a great guy and I always enjoyed talking with him. His garage tour from a few years back was always one of my favorites I attended. Pictured here are a few of many shots I took of Joe with his gorgeous car's! I extend my deepest condolences to Joe's family. RIP Joe.

Steeples Assisted Living Seniors Home Drive By - Chemanius
/Sat May 7, Laurie Douglas is organizing a Classic Car drive by for the residents of Esplanade St. including Steeples Assisted Living, the Chemainus Health care Centre, the Rotary Apartments by Jones Towing and the Condos behind the dentist. Many seniors along this street!!.
Cars can assemble along Croft St. by the mill at around 12:30. The drive by will start at 1:00. Laurie is hoping cars will do two passes, looping back around on Maple St.
